PayXpress is Time Warner Cable’s free, secure online bill payment solution. By opting in to PayXpress within MyServices, you can:
- Make a one-time payment on your bill
- View your past and current statements
- Set up recurring payments (automatic bill pay)
- Enroll in paperless billing
- Receive electronic statement notifications
To access PayXpress within MyServices, you must have a TWC ID. Once you have signed into MyServices, click on the Go to PayXpress Bill Pay button in the PayXpress Billing Center section on the My Account page.
