You can pay your bill through a variety of options, including online, in person, by phone, by mail or through the My TWC™ app. The forms of payment accepted vary per option.
Note: All methods of payment may not be accepted in all locations.
Pay Online:
Timewarnercable.com accepts the following forms of payment:
• American Express
• Discover
• MasterCard
• Visa
• Debit cards with the following logos on the back on the debit card, STAR, NYCE, or PLUS
• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through your bank
You may also choose to have recurring payments automatically deducted from your checking account, savings account, credit or debit card each month. To set this up, sign into the MyServices with PayXpress page and select Go to PayXpress. You will be taken to the Account Overview page. Select the orange button in the middle of the page entitled "Sign up for Recurring Payments". Follow the onscreen instructions and it will walk you through the simple process of setting up a Recurring or Automatic Payment.
Pay in Person:
The customer care payment centers accept the following forms of payment:
• American Express
• Discover
• MasterCard
• Visa
• Debit cards with the following logos on the back on the debit card, STAR, NYCE, or PLUS
• Cash
• Check

2. Follow the voice-activated prompts to pay your bill.
3. Tip: Have your printed bill and credit card handy.
Pay by Mail:

For prompt processing of your payment, mail it to the address as listed on your bill.
Include either your current billing statement or include your account number on your check or money order.
When paying by mail, we recommend that you use a check or money order, payable to Time Warner Cable. For your security, please avoid sending cash through the mail.
Pay Through the My TWC™ app:
You can download the My TWC™ app for your Android OS device on Android Market or for your iOS device from iTunes.
