Will my Digital Phone work if my electricity goes out or if there is a cable TV outage?

Answer:

Digital Phone does not include back-up power and just like an electric-powered home cordless phone, Digital Phone may not be available in the event of a power outage.

 

In most cases your phone service will continue to operate during a cable TV outage.
