*Time Warner Cable may require that you pay a deposit prior to installation or activation of your service(s). Time Warner Cable may also require that you pay a deposit if you add additional equipment or services to your account, if your credit status changes or if you fail to keep your account current. The voice enabled cable modem used to provide Home Phone is electrically powered and in the event of a power outage or Time Warner Cable network failure, the ability to access Enhanced 9-1-1 services will not be available. The Phone Number Transfer Charge is for the purpose to retain your existing local telephone number when you switch from another telephone service provider to Time Warner Cable Home Phone. Additional charges apply for taxes, fees, Directory Assistance, Operator Services and calls to International locations.
