Local On Demand features the best of NEON programming, plus educational programming, customer education programming and area specials.

Watch NEON on channel* 23 in most areas, and Local On Demand on channel* 1 or 501, depending on area.

Time Warner Cable Local on Demand, Channel 501 is Time Warner Cable's FREE local Video on Demand channel dedicated to providing compelling and engaging Local programming available to all Time Warner Cable digital customers with the Navigator operating system.
 
Time Warner Cable Local on Demand, Channel 1 is a portal to Time Warner Cable's FREE local Video on Demand channel dedicated to providing compelling and engaging Local programming available to all Time Warner Cable digital customers with the SARA operating system.
 
These channels provide local and regional programs featuring, arts, leisure, health, travel, sports along with informative civic, government and business highlights.  They are the only channels that are local, all the time, any time!
