When you sign up for Paperless Billing, Time Warner Cable will stop sending a paper bill and only send a Paperless Bill to your PayXpress account. You will receive a monthly email reminder that your Time Warner Cable bill statement is available online. Paperless Billing is a great way to help the environment, while reducing clutter in your home.
