In PayXpress, the amount due may not include all applicable bundling discounts, prorated charges, or any other non-recurring charges, such as Video On Demand and Pay Per View, late charges, installation / repair charges or early termination fees and may not include applicable local, state, and federal fees and taxes, regulatory fees, tariffs and/or surcharges. If applicable, such amounts will be calculated at the end of your next monthly billing cycle and your account will reflect a charge or credit, as applicable, for any variance from the amount due reflected on your Pay Bill page.
