Yes. Once you register for PayXpress, each month we will send you an email notifying you that your bill statement is ready to view and pay online. We will also send a confirming email once payment is received.

Note: PayXpress is a free service. You are not required to enroll in paperless billing, enter credit card information or set up recurring payments unless you would like to use those features of PayXpress.
