What can I ask?
Time Warner Cable is working hard to ensure that Ask TWC answers any questions our customers may have.

        Ask TWC can answer questions such as:

• I lost my password, what do I do?
• Can I get HDTV programming?
• Is there a parental control option for Movies On Demand?
• Can I create a personal Web page?
• Tell me about the Music Choice service.

          Since this is not a live chat, Ask TWC cannot answer questions about your account. 
          You will have to contact us for that information.

How do I ask a question?
Click here to go to Ask TWC. Type your question in the space provided. Be sure to keep it short. If Ask TWC doesn't understand the question or there are multiple answers, it will let you know and ask you for more information.

What if I get a wrong answer or no answer at all?
Try rephrasing the question. If you still don't receive your answer, contact us and let us know. A Time Warner Cable Customer Service Representative will be happy to assist with the answer, and we'll be sure to update Ask TWC for future users.

How often is AskTWC updated?
Ask TWC is currently in testing and new information is being entered every day.
