Channel surfing is a lot more fun! Because when you come across a Start Over show, you can go back and watch it from the beginning. Shows airing on Start Over channels can be restarted multiple times within their normal broadcast time. So for example, if The Closer is on TNT from 9pm to 10pm, you have the power to Start Over that show any time between 9pm and 10pm.

While watching a Start Over show, you can:

REWIND the show while it's playing
PAUSE it if you need to step away
RESUME: change the channel then come back within 5 minutes to where you left off in your Start Over program (as long as the show is still in its original broadcast window)

Look for the Start Over prompt
that will appear on screen when

(It will only appear on eligible
shows on Start Over channels).

Press the SELECT button on your
Digital Remote to launch the
Attention screen.

Press SELECT again to restart
the show. Press the STOP button
or "C" to return to live TV.
