When you press the "A" button on your digital remote, the Access Menu will appear in the left-hand corner of your screen* to help you easily navigate through the list of Enhanced TV options. Though five options are shown at one time, there can be multiple menu levels - with up to 20 different selections to choose from! Multiple menu levels are indicated by a small arrow just to the right of the category.

Caller ID on TV
If you subscribe to both Digital Phone and Digital Cable, you can choose to have a small Caller ID display appear in the top left hand corner of your screen when your phone rings. The Caller ID on TV option will only appear on the Access Menu if you are a Digital Phone customer. Learn more>

Looking for high definition channels with the life-like picture quality and sound that only HDTV can offer? If you have an HD enabled home terminal, just press the "A" button to access all our HD channels. The HD Channels option will only appear on the Access Menu if you are an HDTV customer.

We've categorized our Free On Demand selections so that you can more conveniently access all the Free On Demand channels by genre, such as the On Demand music channels, from one Access Menu location. |
