Now you can manage your Time Warner Cable account through your Digital Home Communications Terminal (DHCT). Check your latest statement balance, make a one-time payment, and even set up recurring payments! It couldn't be easier. All you have to do is:
Access into My Account begins with the PIN Entry of the last five digits of your account number. (Example: If your account number is #056-123456789-001, you would enter 56789.) Your account number is located in the left-hand column of your billing statement under "Important Numbers". The PIN Entry screen will allow three incorrect attempts before automatically exiting for security reasons. When entered correctly, the last five digits of your account number provide access to the My Account Main Menu.
The Main Menu provides two primary activities to choose from: "Current Statement" and "Personal Profile". The Personal Profile screen is primarily for customer verification. This information allows customers to see exactly how their personal information (i.e. name, address, phone number etc.) appears in our billing system.
The Current Statement screen allows you to check your statement balance and view payment activity. In addition you can pay your bill via a one-time credit or debit card payment or set up automatic or recurring credit card payments for your service.
The One-Time and Recurring Credit Card Payment options require you to enter your credit card information using your remote control. Each of these payment methods ask for your acceptance of the terms and conditions that are provided in the screens that follow the initial payment screen.
Please read through the Terms and Conditions Disclaimer screen thoroughly for the payment method that you are selecting. Once you press "Select" you are authorizing Time Warner Cable to charge your credit card as specified.
