Your opinion counts, and with Digital Cable you can participate in on-screen voting and polling right on your TV. All you need is your digital remote control to cast your anonymous vote. Voting prompts may appear during a program, commercial or even special shows, such as Bravo's "Top Chef", and "Project Runway", NBC's "Last Comic Standing" or The N's "Degrassi". You've got the power to share your opinion and see what others think, too!

How It Works
A voting prompt will be generated at the bottom of your TV screen. It will contain a popular question such as:

"Who do you think should win the election?"
"Will the local basketball team win the championship?"
"What should the new baby giraffe at the zoo be named?"

How You Vote

When you see a voting prompt appear, grab your digital remote control and follow the simple on-screen instructions to cast your vote:
            ° Press [“A”] for option one
            ° Press [“B”] for option two
            ° Press [“C”] for option three
Once you’ve voted, you’ll see a confirmation screen.
You can only vote once per question per Digital Cable Home Terminal, so if you have multiple terminals in your home you can vote on each one.
There may be several different polls during a select program each containing a different question, so you’ll have the opportunity to vote more than once during that program.
Your vote will be added anonymously and tallied with all the others. The results will be displayed afterwards, either during or at the end of the program.

During a program or commercial
watch for prompts that will ask
you to cast your vote.

Voting is FREE for Digital Cable customers - so you don’t need to sign-up to participate. All you need is your digital remote control to follow the voting process. The voting prompt will be on-screen for 10-15 seconds* so if you’re out of the room and miss it or choose not to vote it won’t appear again for that specific question. You can always vote on some questions and not on others, it’s your choice – that’s the power of you.

*Voting prompts will appear and are active for response even if you are recording a program on your DVR; however, the prompts will not appear on the recorded program.

Digital Cable is required to receive the Enhanced TV service options. Access to Voting & Polling requires a Digital Receiver and remote control. All services may not be immediately available in all areas.
