When you tune to and see a message on a Premium Service channel or other channel that is part of a digital package that you aren’t subscribed to and you would like to order it, simply press the "SELECT" button on your Digital Remote and follow the easy on-screen instructions. That’s it – it’s that fast – you’ll be watching what you want in no time at all.
Use your Digital Remote to order the following:

| To order a channel or service – just press SELECT and follow the on-screen prompts. |

Then, press the “A” button to make the purchase – it’s quick and easy. |
Once the status bar finishes, you’ll be able to receive the new channel or service within a couple of minutes. |
How to order a channel or service on TV:
- Tune to a particular channel or use the Interactive Program Guide to select a channel or service that you don’t receive. (Example, HBO® on Digital Cable channel 400 or Fox Soccer Channel part of the Digital Sports & Games package on Digital Cable channel 141 ).
- You’ll see a message on-screen giving you the opportunity to purchase that channel along with a description and the monthly price.
- If you want to order that channel, simply press SELECT on your Digital Remote (If you choose not to order, just tune away to another channel)
- Press "A" to Accept or "C" to Cancel the order and go back
- Your order will begin to be processed – watch the status bar on-screen to see when it’s complete. It should only take approximately 2 minutes.
- When it’s finished, you’ll be able to tune to the new channel or service immediately and the change to your service including monthly price will appear on your next billing statement.
- Should your order not go through, please contact your local Time Warner Cable.
