Caller ID on TV

We're constantly working to make Digital Phone even better. If you subscribe to both Digital Phone and Digital Cable, you can choose to have a small Caller ID display appear in the top left hand corner of your screen when
your phone rings.

This new feature is being added to our Digital Phone
service across the Triad at no extra charge. So you don't
have to do anything but enjoy the convenience of Caller
ID on TV.

In order to be eligible to receive this new Caller ID on TV feature, you must subscribe to both Digital Cable and Digital Phone. Don't have Digital Cable yet?

Press the "A" button on your digital remote to open the Access Menu.
Use the Enhanced TV buttons and press "Select" for Caller ID on TV.

The Caller ID on TV feature is automatically set to "ON". If you would like to turn off Caller ID on TV or turn it back on, simply follow the instructions below.

To turn off Caller ID on TV:

Press on your digital remote control.
Select "Caller ID". The display will read "Call Alert ON."
Presson your remote control and "Call Alert OFF."

To turn on Caller ID on TV:

Press on your digital remote control to open the Access Menu.
Select "Caller ID." The display will read "Call Alert OFF."
Presson your remote control and "Call Alert ON" will appear with a check mark.

To see who the last 10 callers were:

Press on your digital remote control.
Select "Caller ID." The display will read "Received Calls."
Presson your remote control to view your last 10 calls received

Digital Phone does not include back-up power and, should there be a loss of electrical power, Digital Phone, including the ability to access 9-1-1 services, will not be available. Additional charges apply for calls to International locations, operator services, directory assistance, and taxes and fees. Residential use only. Service may not be immediately available in all areas.
