As a Digital Phone customer, you can access and review your Digital Phone Statement online. New Customer Registration is required to access your account. You will have to enter your "Customer Code" in order to register online to view your Digital Phone call details. View our sample bill for Customer Code location. Once registered, you can review unbilled charges for the current billing period and previously billed charges from the four most recent billing periods. If you have already registered, you may Login to your account at any time.

To register, please follow these instructions:

1. Click on the "New Customer Registration" link above.

2. Because you are entering a secure site, a Security Alert box
will pop up.

3. Click "OK" on the Security Alert to enter the secure site.

4. Click on the "Register Your Account" text link. There will
be three entry boxes to register. (See sample below)

5. In the top box, enter your ten-digit Time Warner Cable Digital Phone number with the dashes (example: 336-555-1212).

6. In the second box, enter your Time Warner Cable account number without the dashes, located in the upper left-hand corner of your billing statement (example: 0000000012345678). View sample

7. In the third box, enter your Time Warner Cable Customer Code located just under your account
number in the upper left-hand corner of your billing statement (example: 7846). View sample bill
