From time to time, Time Warner Cable makes certain changes in the services that we offer in order to better serve our customers. The following changes are planned:
On September 15, 2009 – The following changes were made:
- Turner Classic Movies HD was added to Channel 1034
- E! HD was added to Channel 1066
- Showtime Too HD was added to Channel 1121
- Showtime Showcase HD was added to Channel 1122
- Showtime Extreme HD was added to Channel 1123
On September 17, 2009 – The following changes were made:
- Headline News HD will be added to Channel 1050
- TMC HD will be added to Channel 1130
- TMC XTRA HD will be added to Channel 1131
- Encore HD wil be added to Channel 1148
On September 22, 2009 – The following changes were made:
- HBO 2 HD was added to Channel 1101
- HBO Signature HD was added to Channel 1102
- HBO Family HD was added to Channel 1103
- HBO Comedy HD was added to Channel 1104

- The Weather Channel HD was added to Channel 1029

- More Max HD was added to Channel 1111

On September 30, 2009 – The following changes were made:
- Investigation Discovery was added to Channel 1088
- Thriller MAX HD was added to Channel 1113
- At MAX HD was added to Channel 1115
- 5 STAR MAX was added to Channel 1116
- OUTER MAX HD was added to Channel 1117
The new services listed above cannot be accessed on CableCard-equipped Unidirectional Digital Cable Products purchased at retail without additional two-way capable equipment.
You may downgrade or terminate service without charge at any time. Further, if carriage of a premium channel is discontinued and you have incurred installation, upgrade or other one-time charges relating to such premium service within six months prior to the date of the change, you may elect to downgrade or terminate service within 30 days and obtain a rebate of any such charge.
