Calendar Guidelines:

(1) The announcement must be made by a non-profit organization with
a local contact.

(2) The event must be open to the public and held within the San Antonio
viewing area.

(3) Complete request must be made on an official form, either faxed or

submitted electronically below.

(4) Time Warner Cable must receive the announcement at least 30 days before

the event and will run the announcement until the event date.

(5) Time Warner Cable does not guarantee the length of time an announcement

will be publicized or if a message will publicized.
