Community Empowerment
To initiate, support and educate the people of San Antonio to become more active in their community by making a difference. Time Warner Cable facilitates community empowerment by identifying and recognizing community strengths and power. The principles in which Time Warner Cable follows are mutual respect, taking responsibility, building on community and family strengths and providing necessary tools to support community-based initiatives.

Nonprofit organizations that support arts and culture help to preserve the past, share the present and imagine the future. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR REQUESTORS:
- All requests must be submitted atleast 8-10 weeks prior to your event
- The proposal must clearly outline the nature of the request (i.e., monetary donation, volunteers, in-kind donation)
- Requestor must show proof of IRS 501 (c)(3) not for profit status, if applicable.
All of the above items must be meet for consideration. Please allow 2-3 weeks for a response.
