Identity Theft

One type of subscription fraud is Identity Theft. If you feel that you have been a victim of Identity Theft and that your identity was fraudulently used to obtain Time Warner Cable services, please print and fill out our Identity Theft Affidavit packet in its entirety. Once we receive your packet, we will provide you with a letter confirming receipt of your packet. You will be notified within 15 business days of receipt of your packet with the results of our investigation.
