Dig Safely
Safety Tip: Call Before You Dig
Before you dig into any outdoor home project, remember "digtess.com," a public service to help keep you safe.
"digtess.com" lets Time Warner Cable and other participating utilities know about planned digging or backhoeing, giving us time to mark our underground cables. This free service helps you prevent personal injury, property damage and service interruptions caused by accidentally digging into cable, telephone, electric, gas, and water and sewer facilities.
State law requires that "digtess.com" be notified by calling 1-800-344-8377 at least 48 hours before digging begins.
If you're a Time Warner Cable phone customer, simply dial 877.9TVMOVE.
