The sample bill below highlights the key features in understanding your bill.

    3. Bill Message - Messages are updated monthly. Be sure to read for important information.
    4. Previous Balance and Credits - Amount due from last month's balance and payments received.
    5. Payment Return Address - Be sure this address shows through the window of the return envelope.
    6. Customer Service Contact Information
    7. Keep this portion of the statement for your records
    8. Payment Stub - Remove the bottom portion of the statement and remit with your payment. If you prefer to pay online, use our PayXpress service or call (800) 920-0385 to set up recurring payment.
    9. Date Statement Was Produced
    10. Your Account Number - Write this number on your check or money order and on all correspondence.
    11. All Charges During this Billing Period - Shows service-from date and service-to date.
    12. Total Amount Due - This total includes current month's charges and any previous balance on the account.
    13. Payment Due Date - Please pay bills by the payment due date to ensure that your payment will appear on the following month's statement. Payments received after this date will be included on your next statement.
    14. Payment Options - Time Warner Cable provides you with several methods of payment.  You can make all your payments online at twc-sa.com/paybill or set up recurring payment by phone at (800) 920-0385. You can also mail your payment to the address at item 5 above, or stop by one of our payment centers around San Antonio where we accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
    15. Customer Code - This 4-digit number is used when registering online to view your Call Detail Record (Digital Phone online statement).  It is also used when registering for PayXpress online pay service, or when selecting the "Forgot Password" option in PayXpress.
