Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
Prizes:
1-$1,000 shopping gift card to Westfield Shopping Mall for general public sweepstakes drawing winner. 1-$250.00 shopping gift card to Westfield Shopping Mall for Mission Federal Credit Union employee sweepstakes drawing winner.
Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning are based upon number of entries received.
Sweepstakes Period:
Begins July 1, 2008 and ends July 31, 2008.
Eligibility:
Participants and winners must be U.S. residents, at least 18 years of age. Participants are eligible to receive one sweepstakes entry for each outfit they donate. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Time Warner Cable (TWC) and Mission Federal Credit Union (MFCU). Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
Prize Drawing:
Winners will be drawn on or about the 15th of August, from a random drawing and from all entries received. For a list of winners, send a self-addressed envelope to: Clothes 4 A Cause Sweepstakes Winners, Time Warner Cable, 10450 Pacific Center Court, San Diego, CA 92121. All federal, state and local laws apply. Time Warner Cable and Mission Federal Credit Union assume no liability for damages in conjunction with the acceptance of prize.
Liability/General Rules:
Time Warner Cable and Mission Federal Credit Union are not responsible for any loss, which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes. Entrant agrees to hold Time Warner Cable and Mission Federal Credit Union harmless from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, possession, or misuse of the prize. TWC, MFCU and each of its officers, directors, employees, members, representatives, and agents (Released parties) are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury, property loss, or other damages of entrants and/or winners arising from, or in connection with acceptance, receipt, possession, or use/misuse of prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes. Released parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Sweepstakes; lost, incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected, stolen entries; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, 3rd party transaction classification, transaction processing, or communication; any technical, mechanical, computer or electronic malfunction; errors in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials or human processing errors. TWC and MFCU reserve the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules and regulations or who make misrepresentations relative to the Sweepstakes and redemption of a prize. TWC employees and family members are not eligible for this sweepstakes.
Tax Issues:
Taxes due on prizes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Time Warner Cable will report all tax winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by applicable law. Winners are responsible for all tax consequences (if any) of the prizes.
Publicity Authorization:
Each winner agrees to permit Time Warner Cable and Mission Federal Credit Union to utilize his/her likeness in promotional and other materials without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
