LEGAL NOTICE

Time Warner Cable’s San Diego division agreements with programmers and broadcasters to carry their service and stations routinely expire from time to time.  We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements, but in order to comply with applicable regulations, we must inform you when an agreement is about to expire.  The following agreements with programmers are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services/stations in the near future.
NBA TV, E!, Style, I-Life TV (Inspiration Networks), Lifetime, Shop NBC, The Weather Channel, BBC America VOD, GSN (Game Show Network), GAC (Great American Country), XDTV, NBC Weather Plus, KBNT Univision, KDTF, KNSD, KSWB, XETV and XHAS.

In addition, from time to time we make certain changes in the services that we offer in order to better serve our customers. The following changes are planned: The new services listed below will not be accessible to Cable Card-equipped Unidirectional Digital Cable Products purchased at retail without additional, two-way capable equipment: Univision East, Cinemax East HD, HBO 2 East HD, Encore HD, Fox News Channel HD, Fuse HD, Outdoor Channel HD, QVC HD, The Weather Channel HD, WGN HD, Univision HD, TMC HD, Showtime 2 HD, Showtime Showcase HD, Showtime Extreme HD, TMC Xtra HD, E! HD, TVK, KBS, Virtual Video Store, Big Ten Network On Demand, Tennis Channel HD, GMA Pinoy, KBS, XEWT, XHUAA, RetroPlex, Bandamax, CBTV Michocan, De Pelicula, De Pelicula Classico, Mexico 22, Once Mexico, SiTV, TVG, Fox News Channel HD, G4 Video Game TV HD, Padres Zone, (Mosaic), RetroPlex, Lifetime HD, GMA Pinoy Life, GMA Pinoy, MYX, CTI Zhong Tian, CCTV 4, Jade, ETTV, Filmy, Bollywood, KBS, Big Ten Network HD, Speed HD, ABC Family HD, Bio. The current services listed below will not be accessible to Cable Card-equipped Unidirectional Digital Cable Products purchased at retail without additional, two-way capable equipment on or about September 2009: CCTV-9, Current, CNBC World, Fox Business Network, BET on Jazz, Lifetime Real Women, LOGO, Fuse, Fox Reality, Discovery Kids, Planet Green, Sleuth, VH-1 Classic, Style, @max, 5 Starmax, Actionmax, Moremax, Outermax, Thrillermax, Womensmax, HBO 2, HBO Comedy, HBO Family, HBO Latino, HBO Signature, HBO Zone, Showtime 2, Showtime Beyond, Showtime Extreme, Showtime Family Zone, Showtime Next, Showtime Showcase, Showtime Women, Starz Cinema, Starz Edge, Starz in Black, Starz Kids & Family, TMC Xtra, Palladia HD, and HD Theater.

On or about September 2009 the following changes may take place: Telemundo (XHAS) may move from the Expanded Basic Tier (channel 66) to the Basic Tier (channel 95). On or about September 2009 CMT (Country Music Television), C-SPAN 2, & Shop NBC will be moved from the Basic /Expanded Cable Package to the Digital Intro Package. Customers will need a digital converter to continue viewing these channels.
