Time Warner Cable’s San Diego division agreements with programmers and broadcasters to carry their service and stations routinely expire from time to time.  We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements, but in order to comply with applicable regulations, we must inform you when an agreement is about to expire.  The following agreements with programmers are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services/stations in the near future. In addition, from time to time we make certain changes in the services that we offer in order to better serve our customers. The following moves will take place on or about February 24, 2010: Playboy TV will move from channel 695 to 1160, Playboy TV On Demand will move from channel 696 to channel 1161, here! On Demand will move from channel 800 to channel 1162, iN Demand PPV Events will move from channels 801 & 802 to 1100 & 1101, MLB Extra Innings / NHL Center Ice will move from channels 810 - 823 to channels 1110 - 1123, ESPN Full Court / ESPN Game Plan will move from channels 860 - 865 to channels 1130 – 1135, NBA League Pass / MLS Direct Kick will move from channels 871 – 880 to channels 1141 – 1150, NBA TV will move from channel 869 to channel 1140, Howard TV On Demand will move from channel 889 to channel 1163, Adult On Demand will move from channel 890 to channel 1154, TEN will move from channel 891 to channel 1165, Penthouse TV will move from channel 892 to channel 1166, Playboy TV (PPV) will move from channel 893 to 1167, Club Jenna will move from channel 894 to channel 1168, Vavoom will move from channel 895 to channel 1169, TEN On Demand will move from channel 896 to channel 1170, and Spice On Demand will move from channel 897 to 1171.

Showtime will offer a free preview of Showtime On Demand, channel 641 in San Diego and channel 1 in North County on March 24, 2010 to March 28, 2010. The preview will be available to all San Diego and North County digital cable subscribers and may contain G, PG, PG-13, TV-14, TV-MA and R rated programs.
