PSA Donations

Requests for in-kind donations related to airing of PSAs must be submitted in writing no later than two months and no earlier than six months prior to date of need.  If you would like to submit a request, please follow these guidelines:

• Submit a completed TWC Community Grant and Sponsorship Application with a solicitation letter on organization's letterhead (see Proposal Guidelines Below)  (Click here to download the application)
• Include copies of W9, tax ID number and confirmation of 501(c)(3) status;
• Include event/project budget;
• Include a detailed outline of promotional strategy for event/project and how Time Warner Cable will be promoted as a media partner;
• Include a detailed list of other funding and media partners for event/project

Once your request has been reviewed, you may be asked to provide the following additional information:

• List of Board of Directors and organizations they represent
• A copy of most recent (no older than one year) annual report
• A copy of current year budget and list of funders

Please keep in mind that:

• Organization's focus or event/project must make a significant impact in one or more of the areas of focus that Time Warner Cable supports
• Organization's focus or event/project must meet a key need in the community
• Organization's focus or event/project must make a significant and measurable impact on the quality of life for the local community
