TWC Volunteers

At Time Warner Cable, we walk the talk in regard to investing in our communities. We encourage our employees to volunteer their time and talents to programs of their choice.  Non-profit organizations may submit information regarding volunteer opportunities no later than eight weeks prior to date of event or commencement of program.  Please use the following guidelines for your request:

Request Guidelines

• Submit a TWC Grant and Sponsorship Application with a solicitation letter on organization's letterhead outlining volunteer opportunity (Click here to download the application)
• Include copies of W9, Tax ID number and confirmation of 501(c)(3) status
• Include a detailed outline of assignments available for volunteers
• Specify desired number of volunteers
• Include driving directions, parking and check-in information
  
  Once your request has been reviewed, you may be asked to provide the following additional information:
  
  
• List of Board of Directors and organizations they represent
• A copy of most recent (no older than one year) annual report
• A copy of current-year budget and list of funders
  
  Please keep in mind that:
  
  
• Organization’s focus or event/project must make a significant impact in one or more of the areas of focus that Time Warner Cable supports
• Organization’s focus or event/project must meet a key need in the community
• Organization’s focus or event/project must make a significant and measurable impact on the quality of life for the local community
