How to Access Call History Online:
All you need to do is create a new online profile by following these simple steps:

If you've registered to view call details previously (before February 26, 2009), you'll need to re-register and create a new online profile with a username and password. Please note, if you are re-registering, the new username and password you provide will replace the old information you used to access your calling history before February 26th. To create your profile, you will need your account number and customer code, which can be found on any of your past monthly statements.

Verify your email address to complete the registration process. We will send a message to the email address you provided with your profile. You must follow the link in the email message to complete the registration process.

Sign in with your new username. Once you’ve completed the new registration process, enter your new username and password to sign in and view your call history.

If you've created your new online profile (after February 26th, 2009), you can sign in directly to view your call history. To skip this page in the future, bookmark the new Call History site at http://callhistory.timewarnercable.com.
