Time Warner Cable’s agreements with programmers and broadcasters to carry their services and stations routinely expire from time to time.  We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements, but in order to comply with applicable regulations, we must inform you when an agreement is about to expire. The following agreements are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services/stations in the near future.
 
KEYT, Bandamax, BBC America, BBC America HD, Cable Radio Network Channels, Cooking Channel, Current TV, DIY, De Pelicula, De Pelicula Clasico, Encore, Encore (East), Encore Drama, Encore Love, Encore Mystery, Encore WAM, Encore Action, Encore Westerns, GAC, gmc (Gospel Music Channel), Movieplex, Music Choice Channels, NHL Network, NHL HD, NHL Center Ice, STARZ!, STARZ HD, STARZ East, STARZ East HD, STARZ Edge, STARZ Cinema, STARZ in Black, STARZ Kids & Family, Sprout, Skylink, truTV, Youtoo and Zee TV. 
 
In addition, from time to time we make certain changes in the services that we offer in order to better serve our customers. The following changes are planned:
 
On or after January 24, 2012 KABC DT2 Live Well HD channel 445 will be removed from the lineup. 
On or after January 24, 2012 the TV Guide scrolling TV listings channel will be removed from the channel lineup.  

On or after January 24, 2012 the following channels will be removed from certain packages previously offered by Comcast and Adelphia.  The Cooking Channel, GSN, Hallmark, Bravo and Biography will be removed from Adelphia’s Digital Basic and Digital Plus.  BIO and Military Channel will be removed from Comcast’s Variety Package.  GAC, GMT, INSP and BIO will be removed from Comcast’s Digital Classic and Digital Plus package.  Nick Jr and ESPNews will be removed from Comcast’s Digital Basic package.  Military Channel will be removed from Comcast’s Commercial Digital Plus package. 
 
On or after February 2, 2012 Cutting Edge On Demand and Crime On Demand will be added.  Current TV On Demand will be removed from the lineups and the content will be moved to Nature & Knowledge On Demand.  Oasis TV On Demand will be removed from the lineups and the content will be moved to Lifestye On Demand.  In City of Los Angeles (Area A) - West Valley, City of Santa Clarita, County of Los Angeles - Canyon Country, County of Los Angeles - Stevenson Ranch, City of San Fernando, Torrance, Hawthorne, Gardena, Lawndale, County of Los Angeles, El Segundo, City of San Fernando, South Pasadena, San Marino, City of Orange, City of Garden Grove, City of Los Alamitos, County of Orange- Rossmoor, City of Cypress, County of Orange - Midway City, City of Fountain Valley, City of Huntington Beach, City of Stanton, City of Costa Mesa and City of Westminster the channel numbers are as follows. Cutting Edge On Demand, 1037; Crime On Demand, 1043; Current TV On Demand, 1057; Nature & Knowledge On Demand, 1040; Oasis TV On Demand,  1076; Lifestyle On Demand, 1074.  In the remaining areas with certain equipment the channel numbers are as follows. Cutting Edge On Demand, 1340; Crime On Demand, 1673; Current TV On Demand, 1344; Nature & Knowledge On Demand, channel 1670. Oasis TV On Demand, channel 1354; Lifestyle On Demand, 1350.

On or about February 2, 2012, Time Warner Cable will be making technical changes to our cable system that may disrupt your ability to view the following unencrypted (“in-the-clear”) channels on a digital television or other device that includes a QAM tuner (a “ClearQAM device”):  The Weather Channel HD, WGN HD, KMEX HD, KFTR HD, KDOC HD, KABC Live Well HD, KPXN HD, KVEA HD, Food HD, ESPN HD.  (Customers using digital cable set-top boxes will not notice any change.)  If this occurs, you will need to go into the settings menu on your ClearQAM device and perform a new channel scan in order to resume viewing these channels.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

On or after February 16, 2012 KWHY will be added in an analog format on channel 22, except in Hawthorne, Gardena, Lawndale, County of Los Angeles, El Segundo and Torrance where it is on channel 23.  It is currently carried on these same channel numbers in a digital format only. 

On or after February 23, 2011 the following premium subscription services will be added and will require two-way capable digital cable ready equipment, such as a Time Warner Cable-provided set-top box or a CableCARD-equipped Unidirectional Digital Cable Product (UDCP) used in conjunction with a Tuning Adapter.  Other UDCPs may not be able to access these services without additional equipment, such as a set-top boxPenthouse, channel 774; TEN, channel 777; REAL, channel 780; Hustler, channel 783; Manhandle, channel 786.   Also, the following services will move to new channel numbers.  Playboy will move from channel 771 to channel 770; Penthouse Pay-Per-View will move from 775 to  792; TEN PPV will move from 776 to channel 793; Pay-Per-View Events (iNDEMAND 1) will move from  channel 752 to channel 795; Pay-Per-View Events (iNDEMAND 2) channel 753 will move to channel 796 and Pay-Per-View Events HD (iNDEMAND 1) will move from channel 431 to channel  797.  In City of Los Angeles (Area A) - West Valley, City of Santa Clarita, County of Los Angeles - Canyon Country, County of Los Angeles - Stevenson Ranch, City of San Fernando, Torrance, Hawthorne, Gardena, Lawndale, County of Los Angeles, El Segundo, City of San Fernando, South Pasadena, San Marino, City of Orange, City of Garden Grove, City of Los Alamitos, County of Orange- Rossmoor, City of Cypress, County of Orange - Midway City, City of Fountain Valley, City of Huntington Beach, City of Stanton, City of Costa Mesa and City of Westminster the following channels will also be added.  Penthouse On Demand, channel 1121; TEN On Demand, 1124; REAL On Demand, 1127; Hustler On Demand, 1130; Manhandle On Demand, channel 1133; and Gay On Demand, channel, 1135. Also, the following services will move to new channel numbers.  Too Much for TV On Demand will move from channel 1060 to channel 1011; Outrageous On Demand will move from 1011 to channel 1107; Playboy On Demand will move from channel 1061 to channel 1116.  In the remaining areas with certain equipment the On Demand channel numbers are as follows.  Penthouse On Demand, channel 1214; TEN On Demand, channel 1218; REAL On Demand, channel 1222; Hustler On Demand, channel 1226; Manhandle On Demand, channel 1229 and Gay On Demand, channel 1231 will be added.  Playboy On Demand will move from channel 1190 to channel 1210. 
Finally, we are currently involved in discussions regarding the services and/or stations listed below.  While we cannot guarantee that we will reach agreement with the relevant programmers and/or broadcasters, we are listing these services/stations here in the event that those discussions lead to the dropping or addition of the following services/stations:
