To view a Sample Bill statement and brief descriptions explaining the information contained within your monthly billing statement, please follow the steps below:

1. Visit the Support landing page. 
2. Select the View and Pay Your Bill link within the Top Support Topics section. 
3. On the View and Pay Your Bill page, click the Sample Bill link for an explanation of each section of your monthly bill. 

(Note: In some areas you may be requested to enter your zip code to ensure the correct bill sample for your area is displayed)

If you are looking to view your personal bill statement online please follow the steps below:

You will want to register for PayXpress in order to view your Bill statement online. PayXpress is our free and secure online billing service, that enables you to:

• Get a quick summary of your account and be able to access up to six months of statements
• Go green and enroll in paperless billing
• Enroll in recurring payments for greater convenience
• Choose from numerous payment options (credit card, debit card or electronic funds transfer from your bank account)
 

You may register for PayXpress using our simple three (3) step registration process. Once registered, you will be able to view your current Bill statement and previous Bill statements online through PayXpress. Registered users also receive a monthly email notification when your new Bill statement is available to view online.

To view your online bill statement please register and sign into PayXpress . The View Statements tab is located in the left navigation bar on the PayXpress Account Overview page.

Please Note:  PayXpress is a free service.  You are not required to enroll in paperless billing, enter credit card information or set up recurring payments unless you would like to use those features of PayXpress.
