Funding Requests
Nonprofit organizations may submit requests for funding if they meet our general giving criteria. If you would like to submit a request, please follow these guidelines:
- Submit a completed TWC Community Grant and Sponsorship Application with a solicitation letter on organization's letterhead (see Proposal Guidelines below)
- Include copies of W9, Tax ID number and confirmation of 501(c)(3) status
- Include event/project budget
- Include list of funding partners for event/project
Once your request is reviewed, you may be asked to provide the following additional information:
- A list of Board of Directors and organizations they represent
- A copy of most recent (no older than one year) annual report
- A copy of current year budget and list of funders
Proposal Guidelines:
- Proposal must clearly outline the nature of the request
- Request must outline event/project goals, who will benefit and its impact on the local community
Please keep in mind that:
- Organization’s focus or event/project must make a significant impact in one or more of the areas of focus that Time Warner Cable supports
- Organization’s focus or event/project must meet a key need in the community
- Organization’s focus or event/project must make a significant and measurable impact on the quality of life for the local community
Requests should be submitted to one of the following Time Warner Cable Divisions dependent upon event or project location. To confirm to which office to submit your request, please click on the Division heading for list of areas served:

- Following submission guidelines does not guarantee approval/fulfillment of request
- Exceptions to these guidelines are made on occasion at the discretion of Time Warner Cable
- Due to the high volume of requests, we will contact you only if your request has been approved; Please, no follow-up calls
