Time Warner Cable billing statements now include a new "Customer Code", a unique identifier that we use to ensure the protection of your personal information.

If you subscribe to Time Warner Cable Digital Phone service, you will have to enter your "Customer Code" in order to register online to view your Digital Phone call details.
