Hours of Operation

Our customer call center is organized into three different areas in order to best serve you: Service issues, Billing issues, and Sales issues.

For questions or problems related to your service from Time Warner Cable, our call center is open 24 hours a day for Internet and Road Runner service. 

For cable and digital phone service we are available 24/7.

For questions or problems related to sales we are available Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

For questions or problems related to billing we are available Monday - Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

All three areas can be reached by dialing our toll free number and following the voice instructions.  That toll-free number is 1-866-892-7201.

We experience our highest call volumes on Monday mornings and weekdays between 4:00 – 7:00 PM. 

If you have a question or non-immediate issue to discuss concerning your service from us, please note that our lowest call volume is Tuesday – Friday from 12:00 Noon – 4:00 PM. 

It is our priority to serve you as quickly and efficiently as possible whenever you call.

Please note, we have added many new self-service options through our phone system with several functions you can access immediately, if you so choose.  We will continue to add self-service options to our phone system as the year progresses to enhance our service to you.
