This secure on-line payment system lets you view and pay your monthly Time Warner bill from your PC. Paper bills are no longer needed because your statement is presented to you on-line each month for payment. With PayXPress you can:

- Make payments from your checking, savings or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) each month
- Schedule recurring payments

TIMESaver - Automatic Bank Drafts
With TimeSaver you can have your monthly Time Warner Cable bill paid automatically from your checking or savings account. Your correct payments are made from the account you select precisely each month. Plus you’ll always have a receipt with your bank statement.
Enrolling in this program is easy. Here are the steps:
- Print out and complete the form below
- Mail in the form and any needed documents to the nearest payment center
- Continue paying your monthly bill regularly until you receive your first bill indicating that you are in the TimeSaver program
Down load the TIMESaver Enrollment Form as either a PDF or Word document.
PDF's require Adobe Acrobat Reader
CHECK POLICY: Returned checks will be re-submitted electronically (or by paper draft) up to two additional times. Also, as permitted by state law, a return processing charge will be collected electronically, not to exceed the amount permitted by state law.
Credit Card Payments
You can also arrange to have your monthly Time Warner Cable bill paid from your credit card. This program allows you to:
- Set up recurring monthly payments
- Make last minute payments
- Access our Voice Response System for one time payments
