Yes. Caller ID on PC is only available online. This feature combines Caller ID with AOL Instant Messenger® (AIM®) and sends an instant message showing a caller's information. You can also take advantage of the online-only options available for Call Forwarding, Distinctive Ring, and Call Waiting Caller ID. TWC Visual Voicemail gives you the option of downloading voice messages to your desktop or emailing them to family and friends.
