Channel Change Information

9/15/09

From time to time we make certain changes in the services that we offer in order to better serve our customers.  The following changes are planned:

Effective 9/15/09 - Turner Classic Movies HD will be added on h. 787 to the HD level of service of Digital Cable.  HBO Signature HD will be added on Ch. 811 for customers who subscribe to HBO and have HD service.  The Movie Channel HD and The Movie Channel Xtra HD will be added on Ch. 824 & 823 for customers who subscribe to Showtime Unlimited and have HD service. 

Effective 9/16/09 - E! HD (Ch. 746) and MSG Plus HD (Ch. 777) will be added to the HD level of service of Digital Cable. 

Effective 9/17/09 - HBO Comedy HD & HBO Zone HD will be added on Ch. 813 & 814 for customers who subscribe to HBO and have HD service. ActionMAX HD (Ch. 826) will be added for customers who subscribe to Cinemax and have HD service. HLN HD (Ch. 717 will be added to the HD level of service of Digital Cable.   Effective 9/22/09 – HBO2 HD will be added on Ch. 810 for customers who subscribe to HBO and have HD service.  Starz Comedy HD will be added on Ch. 804 for customers who subscribe to Starz and have HD service.  ThrillerMAX HD will be added on Ch. 827 for customers who subscribe to Cinemax and have HD service. 

Effective 9/23/09 – Investigation Discovery HD (Ch. 786) will be added to the HD level of service of Digital Cable. HBO Family HD will be added on Ch. 812 for customers who subscribe to HBO and have HD service.  Showtime 2 HD (Ch. 820), Showtime Showcase HD (Ch. 821), Showtime Extreme HD (Ch. 822) will be added for customers who subscribe to Showtime and have HD service.  Starz Edge HD and Starz Kids & Family HD will be added on Ch. 802 & 803 for customers who subscribe to Starz and have HD service. Effective 9/29/09 - G4 HD will be added on Ch. 767 for customers who subscribe to the Variety Tier level of Digital Cable and have HD service. QVC HD (Ch. 714), MSNBC HD (Ch. 718), and The Weather Channel HD (Ch. 756) will be added to the HD level of service of Digital Cable.

The services listed below cannot be accessed on CableCARD-equipped Unidirectional Digital Cable Products purchased at retail without additional, two-way capable equipment.

You may downgrade or terminate service without charge at any time. Further, if carriage of a premium channel is discontinued and you have incurred installation, upgrade or other one-time charges relating to such premium service within six months prior to the date of the change, you may elect to downgrade or terminate service within 30 days and obtain a rebate of any such charge.

Time Warner Cable’s agreements with programmers and broadcasters to carry their services and stations routinely expire from time to time.  We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements, but in order to comply with applicable regulations, we must inform you when an agreement is about to expire.  The following agreements are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services/stations in the near future: 

Effective 9/15/09 - Turner Classic Movies HD will be added on chl. 787 to the HD level of service of Digital Cable.  HBO Signature HD will be added on chl. 811 for customers who subscribe to HBO and have HD service.  The Movie Channel HD and The Movie Channel Xtra HD will be added on chl. 824 & 823 for customers who subscribe to Showtime Unlimited and have HD service.  Effective 9/16/09 - E! Home Phone Customers

For purposes of calculating the amount of New York State and local sales tax due, 21.39% of the charge for the phone service is attributable to interstate/international activity.
