OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
Time Warner Cable’s Diamond Life Sweepstakes Package

 HOW TO ENTER:

• Subscribe or upgrade to All the Best by 5pm on August 27, 2008  and be automatically entered for a chance to win Time Warner Cable's Diamond Life Sweepstakes Package. The package entitles you to receive a one day paycheck based on the 2006 Baseball League minimum salary, round-trip limousine service transportation for six (6) to and from the game, an official Milwaukee Brewers uniform, the chance to get on the field and see if you can hit one out of the park and a 30 person party suite during the September 6th game at Miller Park. Some restrictions may apply.
• No Purchase Necessary. Mail entries can be sent to us by a 3” X 5” postcard with your name, address, and phone number to Time Warner Cable’s Diamond Life Sweepstakes, Attn: Road Runner Marketing, 1320 N. Martin Luther King Jr., Drive, Milwaukee, WI  53212. All Entries must be received by 5pm on August 27, 2008.    
• Time Warner Cable’s “Diamond Life Sweepstakes Package” direct mail offer runs from 8/11/08 through 8/27/08 and is open to all persons 18 years of age or older who reside in the Time Warner Cable- Wisconsin Division serviceable areas as determined by Time Warner Cable –Wisconsin Division.  Time Warner Cable – Wisconsin Division employees, participating advertisers, and their immediate families are not eligible.
• All entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, or illegible will be void.
• Limit two entries per household.
• All entries become the property of Time Warner Cable and will not be acknowledged or returned.

WINNER SELECTION:

• Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received as of the cut-off date(s) listed in the rules.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries submitted each week.
• Prize drawing will be held on: August 29, 2008 at a site designated by Time Warner Cable. 
• One prize will be awarded.
• Need not be present to win.
• Winner will be notified by phone or certified U.S. Mail. Prize must be claimed by date specified in prize notice. 
• Prize not claimed will be awarded to an alternate winner.

PRIZES

Prizes winner will receive:

• One day paycheck based on the 2006 Baseball League minimum
• Limousine service for six (6) to and from the September 6, 2008 game at Miller Park

• The chance to get on the field and see if you can hit one out of the park

• Prize is non-transferable Winner(s) are responsible for all local, county, state and federal taxes applicable to the prizes

ELIGIBILITY:

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and be U.S. residents in Time Warner Cable –Wisconsin serviceable areas.
• Employees of Time Warner Entertainment Company, L.P., Time Warner Cable, and all Sponsoring companies, their advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.
• Individuals who, prior to the awarding of prizes in this drawing, have won another prize from Time Warner Entertainment Company, L.P. or Time Warner Cable during the preceding 365 day period in which prizes for this drawing  are awarded are not eligible to win.
• VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
   

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s name, address, quotes, utterances and likeness for promotional or business purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
•  Winner(s) will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, which must be returned within [14] days of attempted notification.
• Winner(s) may be required to produce picture ID for identification.
• Time Warner Cable, Sponsors, and their agencies, affiliates and parent companies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize.
• Winner(s) are responsible for all local, county, state and federal taxes applicable to the prizes.
• Winner(s) must meet all criteria in these rules or face forfeiture of prizes, based upon the decision of Time Warner Cable- Wisconsin Division.
• By participating in the Time Warner Cable's Diamond Life Sweepstakes entrants accept and agree to these rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and legally binding.
• Sponsor may cancel the sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus or system malfunction materially impairs its ability to conduct sweepstakes.
• I consent to Time Warner Cable sending electronic mail to the electronic mail address I supply for any purpose, including the marketing of its current and future services.  These electronic mailings can be made using any method.  I understand that upon my request, I will be removed from Time Warner Cable’s email marketing list.  I can make this request by calling or writing my local Time Warner Cable office and asking to be placed on Time Warner Cable’s Do Not Email list.
