Time Warner Cable’s agreements with programmers to carry their services routinely expire.  We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements, and carriage of programming services is discontinued only in rare circumstances. The following agreements with programmers are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services in the near future:  None at this time.
 
In addition, from time to time we make certain changes in the services that we offer in order to better serve our customers. The following changes are planned:  Time Warner Cable WI is moving all channels above 100 to new channel positions on or after 10/13. See new digital lineup at www.TWCWisconsin.com. The following changes will also take place at that time: MPTV digital channels move to 975-981, WMLW to 982, This TV to 983, Storm Team 4 TV to 999 and Cool TV joins lineup on 994. WTMJ HD moves to 1004, WDJT HD to 1005, WITI HD to 1006, WMVS HD to 1010, WISN HD to 1012, WMVT HD to 1016, WVTV HD to 1018, and WCGV HD to 1024. Headline News moves to the Basic lineup on channel 11, Oxygen moves to 45. Shop NBC moves to Digital Access on 177 and is now available throughout SE WI. In Cleveland, WLUK moves to 13. In Milwaukee Metro, CSPAN moves to 98, CSPAN 2 moves to 99 and Univision moves to 8. In addition, RFD TV, Military History, C&I Network, Nick2 and Ovation are added to the Digital Choice lineup, BTN alternate channels 2,3 and 4 are added to Digital Variety, Sundance moves to Digital Variety and the Movie Package.  InDemand 3 and west coast feeds of Showtime, Sho2, Showcase and Sho Extreme will no longer be on the lineup. Gem Shopping replaces PIN on 193 and Black Shopping replaces ONTV4U on channel 194. Retro TV joined the lineup on 991 and WDJT 58.4 will join on 984, Shorewest TV will no longer be on channel 184.

The new services listed below cannot be accessed on CableCARD-equipped Unidirectional Digital Cable Products purchased at retail without additional, two-way capable equipment: Game HD, Team HD, BTN alternates, RFD TV, Military History, C&I Network, Nick2, Ovation, BIO HD, ESPN U HD, Disney XD HD, Cartoon Network HD, BBC America HD, Turner Classic Movies HD, AMC HD, Outdoor Channel HD, Headline News HD, Fox Business HD, E! HD, Style HD.

Finally, we are currently involved in discussions regarding the services and/or stations listed below. While we cannot guarantee that we will reach agreement with the relevant programmers and/or broadcasters, we are listing these services/stations here in the event that we are able to start carrying them in the future: Game HD, Team HD, Retro TV.
