Yes. You may choose to receive paper statements at any time. Check the “I want to receive a paper statement” box in your PayXpress online Account Profile, and you will receive a paper bill statement during your next billing cycle.

Note: PayXpress is a free service. You are not required to enroll in paperless billing, enter credit card information or set up recurring payments unless you would like to use those features of PayXpress.
