I handle support calls from Commercial Road Runner customers; configure and test cable routers, gateways, switches, provisional IP addresses, web hosting, DNS, email and various other products as needed for other commercial customers
"I also monitor issues that create connectivity problems for Road Runner customers and assist our network engineers and MIS department with data transport issues on our internal network. I have also become CCNA and A+ certified, having used Time Warner's Educational Assistance Program for the courses I took at RPI to prepare for the CCNA exam.
