Pay Your Bill Online
With PayXpress, you have direct online access to your Time Warner Cable and High Speed Online accounts.

Accepted methods of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and bank account (checking or savings). Payment by bank account is available only through the automatic recurring payment option.
When you register, you will be sent a computer-generated password. You should change that password to something you'll remember after you log in for the first time. Also please note that registration for PayXpress will stop the delivery of your paper bill. You will continue to be able to see and print your bill via the online bill payment site.
If you experience a problem signing on to PayXpress:
- Reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password?" link.
- A new password will be emailed to you, and you use that to log in.
- Change your password via the "Update User Profile" link.
- Please remember that all entry is case-sensitive, so please enter your user ID and password in the same combination of upper and lower case letters as your original entry.
- If you transfer to another address and/or account within the Albany Division, you need to call Time Warner Cable at 1-866-321-CABLE to have a Customer Care Representative delete your PayXpress account. Then you will register anew with your desired email address and your new account information. You will need to provide your former address, current address, email address, secure question and secure answer to have us process your request.
Making changes to your PayXpress account
- If you want to resume your printed statements, please use our online "Help" form to give us the details via email. Select "PayXpress" as the subject.
- If you are moving within the Albany Division, please use our online "Help" form to give us the details via email. Select "PayXpress" as the subject. We'll need to delete your current PayXpress account so that you can create a new one after you receive your new Time Warner Cable account number.
