Now you can pay your bill on your TV with Interactive Customer Care.

How do I do it?

  1. Tune your set-top box to channel 1999.
  2. Press the 'A' key on the remote to begin the connection.
  3. Use the left, right, up and down arrow keys in the center of the remote to navigate; use the 'SELECT' button to choose an option.
  4. Select 'Current Statement' then the 'A' key to pay the bill.
  5. Interactive Customer CareBoth one-time and recurring payment options are available. Minimum payment is $1.00; maximum payment is $999.99. 
  6. Accepted methods of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card
  7. You will continue to receive your bill in the mail if you pay your bill this way.

Does it cost anything?

Interactive Customer Care does not cost anything extra. However, you must be a digital cable subscriber to use the service. Any fees your credit card company may charge is your responsibility.

Is it safe?

This is not a web-based application. Your Time Warner Cable digital set-top is communicating directly with your account via our cable plant. No hacking, no viruses, no popups. Plus, there's a one-to-one relationship between your set-top box and your account, so only you (with your account number handy) can pay from your box, and your box has access to only one account.

How do I hide this channel?

You can use parental controls settings on channel 1999 to block this channel from unauthorized use or viewing.
