Just press "A" on your remote control for our new Access Menu. You'll find TV shows, On Demand favorites and HDTV channels faster and easier than ever before -- plus new features like Bill Payment on TV, Help and direct links to local programming.
Video On Demand
We'll get you to the hottest Movies On Demand with a quick click, plus you have instant access to all the Free On Demand programming, Capital Region On Demand, Music On Demand and premium pay channels on demand.
Premium channels
This category gets you to all the movies and series presented by HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, The Movie Channel, Starz and Encore.
At the movies
See what's playing at area theaters with our cinema movie listings option. You can browse by theater name or by movie title. You can also watch selections of current and upcoming movies with Movie Trailers On Demand.
Weather & News
Your time is important -- so why wait for the weather forecast or the news headlines when you can get them instantly when you want them. Just press "A" on your remote to read local weather forecasts plus breaking news from Capital News 9 and the Associated Press.
Bill payment
Yes, you can pay your bill over the TV. Get there fast with the Access Menu.

Caller ID
If you subscribe to both Digital Phone and Digital Cable, a small Caller ID display will appear in the top left hand corner of your screen when your phone rings. From the Access Menu, you can turn it on or off and see information on the last 10 callers. (See our instructions.)
High-Def TV
We have more than a dozen HDTV channels, including ESPN, HBO, Discovery, Showtime and all the networks. Note: You must have a high-definition TV and a Time Warner Cable HDTV set-top box to receive programming.
Channel groups
You have more than 200 channels. Think you can remember where they all are? With the Access Menu, you can navigate by category (Kids, Living, Learning, Entertainment, News, Sports, etc.) then to the name of the network. You're there as quickly as 1-2-3.
Digital Music
We've categorized all the Music Choice® channels for you for quick access to the music on Digital Cable that you love. There's Rock, Jazz, Country, Pop, Dance and more.
Local programming
We'll keep you informed of the latest local programming, such as high school and college sports and "The Gallery," an overview of several area museums.
What's on TV now
We give you a menu of movies, news programs and sporting events that are playing right now or are about to begin.
