Caller ID on TV
We're constantly working to make Digital Phone even better. And our latest innovation is Caller ID on TV.
If you subscribe to both Digital Phone and Digital Cable, a small Caller ID display will appear in the top left-hand corner of your screen when your phone rings.
This feature has automatically been added to your Digital Phone service at no extra charge. So you don’t have to do anything but enjoy the convenience that Caller ID on TV provides.
It even works with Call Waiting Caller ID. While you're on the phone and hear the beep of call waiting, look at the TV. If you don't want to take the call, just let your voice mail service take it.
Customizing your Caller ID on TV
If you'd like to turn off Caller ID on TV, turn it back on, or to view who the last 10 callers were, simply follow the instructions below.
To turn on Caller ID on TV: 1. Press 3. Press To turn off Caller ID on TV: 1. Press 2. Select "Caller ID" and scroll down to "Call Alert ON." 3. Press 1. Press 3. Press
on your digital remote control.
2. Select "Caller ID." The display will read "Call Alert OFF."

To see who the last 10 callers were: on your digital remote control.
2. Select "Caller ID." The display will read "Received Calls." on your remote control to view your last 10 calls received.
Note for new phone customers: Caller ID on TV becomes available one day after installation.

Digital Phone does not include back-up power and, as in the case with an electric-powered home cordless phone, should there be a power outage, Digital Phone, including the ability to access 9-1-1 services, may not be available. For purposes of calculating the amount of New York State and local sales tax due, 21.39% of the charge for the phone service is attributable to interstate/international activity.
