Premiums On Demand - Time Warner Cable of Albany

The Premiums On Demand service offers you a library of programming from the premium channel providers to which you subscribe.

Unlike Movies On Demand, the various Premiums On Demand services do not cost money on a per-title basis; rather, ALL titles become available to you if you subscribe to the premium channel.

How To Order

For HBO On Demand, tune to channel 700. For Cinemax On Demand, tune to channel 720. For Showtime On Demand, tune to channel 740. For The Movie Channel On Demand, tune to channel 760.
You'll see all currently available programs for a given provider.
Select a category by pressing the arrow keys, then press the 'SELECT' key on your remote control.
With an episode highlighted, either press the 'B' key to start playing the show or press 'SELECT' to see additional program information. Because you have already purchased the POD service, no additional purchase is required.

Parental control

You can block selected programming by channel, time and/or rating. A blocking PIN must be entered to view restricted channels and/or shows.
If a movie is blocked, you are alerted and given the option of disabling parental control before a purchase begins.
If you've never used On Demand before, the blocking PIN is preset to 0000 (four zeros). This can be changed through general settings.
To change your blocking options, go to General Settings by pressing 'SETTINGS' (next to left arrow key on the remote) twice. Use the arrow up or down keys to navigate to 'Block: PIN' and 'Block: Channel'. Press 'SELECT' and enter your desired PIN and/or the desired blocked channels.

Viewing

Once a program begins, you can pause, play, fast-forward, and rewind the event at any time.
You can choose another show by pressing 'STOP' on the remote and selecting from the resulting POD menu.
Only one show may be played at a time and the service neither tracks in-progress shows nor retains the viewing point within a stopped event.

Cost

Premiums On Demand is included in the monthly fee for the premium channels you subscribe to. This gives you access to all the Video On Demand for all the premium channels (HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, The Movie Channel) to which you subscribe.

To receive all services, Digital Cable, remote and lease of a Digital set-top box are required. Some services are not available to Cable Card customers. Movies On Demand are available for an incremental charge. HBO On Demand, Cinemax On Demand, Showtime On Demand, The Movie Channel On Demand (and any other applicable Premium OD services) are optional services that are available for an incremental charge.
