  • Unlimited Usage -call anyone, anytime, anywhere.  Across the street, across the state, or across the U.S.and Canada, the price doesn't change.
  • Caller ID - Caller ID lets you know who is calling without picking up the phone by displaying the name and telephone number of the person making the incoming call.
  • Call Waiting - Use the phone with the confidence that you will not miss an important call!  Call Waiting enables you as a Digital Phone customer to receive important incoming calls while already on the telephone.
  • Call Waiting ID - Call Waiting ID combines the best features of Call Waiting and Caller ID.
  • Speed Dial (*74) - Now you can call frequently dialed phone numbers using just one digit.
  • Anonymous Call Reject (*77) - Allows you to block unwanted calls from callers who restrict sending their Caller ID information such as “Anonymous” callers.
  • Call Forwarding (*72) - You can forward your calls to an alternate number using Call Forwarding.
  • Enhanced 911 Service (911) - Contact local police, fire and other emergency agencies/services by dialing 911. With Enhanced 911 service, your address will automatically pop up on the police dispatcher's screen.
  • Local Number Portability - You can change your local service provider to Time Warner Cable Digital Phone service without changing your phone number.
  • Call Number Delivery - You can decide what name you want displayed when calling others: your name and telephone number, modified name and telephone number or no display at all.
  • Choice of Listing - You can choose to publish your name, number, and full address or just name, number, and city. Should you ever want to change your listing, simply contact a Time Warner Cable Customer Support representative.
  • Technical Assistance (611) - Never worry about reading a user's manual or second guessing technical problems again! As a Time Warner Cable Digital Phone customer you can call for technical assistance at any time by dialing 611 from your Digital Phone service. 
  • Caller ID Restore (*82) - If you have a private or unlisted name and number and wish to reveal your identity you can do so by pressing *82. 
  • Call Detail Record Online - As a Digital Phone Customer, just click on MY ACCOUNT and enter your user ID and password to access your Call Record. You can also request a written Call Record at anytime.
  • Low Cost Voice Mail - For one low monthly fee, have your callers leave messages when you can't - or prefer not to - answer. All you need is your telephone.
