How do I use PayXpress?

 

It's easy. Just sign in with your PayXpress username and password, or register for a new account.

 

 

Other Payment Options

 

Pay by Phone*

Use your credit card to pay your bill at your convenience via phone.

 

  1. Call 1-800-TW-CABLE (1-800-892-2253) and listen for instructions and prompts
  2. Press 2 to make a payment
  3. Press 1 to enter self-service options
  4. Press 1 to pay your bill over the phone with a customer service representative
  5. Have your printed bill and credit card handy because you'll need to enter your 14-digit account number and credit card information by touch-tone phone


*Phone payments may incur an additional fee.


Pay by Mail

Mail your payment to the address as listed on your bill. Include either your current billing statement or your account number on your check or money order. When paying by mail, we recommend that you use a check or money order, payable to Time Warner Cable. For your security, please avoid sending cash though the mail.


Pay in Person

You can pay your bill in person at one of our many Time Warner Cable payment centers, many of which also feature self-service kiosks. Find a payment center near you.

 

Automatic Bill Payment

 

With our Automatic Bill Payment service, you can make automatic recurring payments by direct debit or credit card.  You can sign up online through PayXpress or return a completed form in the mail.
