
What to do if you move
Please notify us 7-10 days in advance before the day you move and we will schedule a disconnect appointment for you.
Also let us know 7-10 days in advance if you are moving into our service area and we will be glad to schedule your installation. If moving out of this area, please be sure to return any Time Warner Cable equipment (converter boxes/remote controls) to avoid charges.
