Use these instructions to register for your Online Digital Phone statement on the new account registration page. To get to the registration page,

• Go to: My Account

Locate a printed copy of your Time Warner Cable billing statement.
At the top of the statement there is a box labeled "Account #".

• the account number on your bill is shown in the format “0012345-67-001”
  
  Drop any leading zeros and enter only the first and second section of the number without the hyphen. For example, account number “0012345-67-001” is entered as “1234567”.

• These two numbers together - without leading zeroes or a hyphen - are your Online Digital Phone Statement account number.
