Access Menu
Just press “A” on your remote control for our new Access Menu. You’ll find TV shows, Answers On Demand and Recorded Programs faster and easier than ever before.

Caller ID 
If you're a Time Warner Digital Cable and Digital Phone customer, the Access Menu will also give you Caller ID/Call Waiting on your TV screen!  This means you don't have to get out of your chair while watching TV to see who is calling! 

Caller ID is automatically set to "On".  If not already enabled, scroll down the Access Menu using your Arrow Keys and select Caller ID.  "Caller Alert Off" will appear. Press Select, and "Caller Alert ON" will appear with a check mark.

Now, when you receive a call, you will see the caller's name and phone number directly on your TV screen while watching TV!  You will also be able to see the last 10 phone calls received.  Caller ID can be turned off by changing to "Caller Alert OFF"   

Voting and Polling*
Your opinion counts, and now with Digital Cable you can participate in on-screen voting and polling right in your local area. It’s FREE with a Digital Cable subscription - all you need is your digital remote control to cast your anonymous vote.
